Pick your own flowers
We list 372 flower farms in 46 states. Cut-your-own flower farms: zinnias, dahlias, cosmos and more, sold by the bucket or stem. 71 of them also list sunflowers.
Seasons shift with the weather every year and fields can close at short notice, so check the farm's website or call before you go. Know a farm that isn't listed? Tell us.

Pick your own flowers: questions and answers
How do pick-your-own flower farms work?
You buy a bucket, jar or a number of stems, walk the rows and cut your own. Most farms provide clippers and water.
When is the best time to pick flowers?
Cut flowers early in the morning or in the evening when it's cool, and get them into water right away.
